The Simes hand crimping tool is a quick and easy to use manual crimper used for sealing the ends of your salami/sausage casings and netting.

Like all Simes products and tools the Simes Model 1200 is easy to load, hard wearing, serviceable and has fully replaceable parts. The new Simes Model 1200 features an ergonomic non-slip handle that fits nicely in your hand. It is suitable for use on all meats and casings and and is capable of taking A16 (16x8.5mm) or A18 (18x9.5mm) staples.
