With the 1 min – 15 hour timer it gives you the flexibility for different types of dehydration from quick tasks to long and slow drying.

The adjustable temperature range from Ambient – 90° makes it suitable for dehydrating a wide variety of foods from fruits and vegetables to meats and herbs. You also now have the ability to control the temperature using the analogue control.
